Our Meals On Wheels service, Harrogate Food Angels, are currently in need of volunteers to help deliver our valuable service! If you're a driver with your own car and are looking to give back to your community, we'd love to hear from you!

Demand for our hot meal delivery service is high, so we are always on the lookout for friendly, reliable volunteers.
As well as ensuring that elderly and vulnerable people in our local community have a hot fresh meal every day, you will provide much needed social interaction.

Why Volunteer
As well as ensuring that elderly and vulnerable people in our local community have a hot fresh meal every day, you will provide much needed social interaction. Without our volunteers, the costs of the meals would go up, preventing some people from being able to afford them.
Our volunteers get paid mileage, we fund their DBS checks, and we also cover the cost of any changes needed on their insurance. You will also become part of a fantastic community of friends, get involved with your local area more, and really see the difference that you are making in your home.
