Extra Care at The Cuttings
The Cuttings is our extra care housing facility, in Harrogate, which offers independent living with 24 hour support. Our extra care team have a simple philosophy – to deliver personal care to those clients who need it, whilst allowing them their privacy and independence.
The Cuttings was built in 2018 and provides modern, safe facilities and attractive gardens. We have 55 unfurnished apartments, which can be decorated by our clients and their families.

Home Care by Greenfield Court Care
At Harrogate Neighbours, we offer a variety of community care services such as at home care, family support, and a Spa Bath experience.
We realise that many elderly people want to stay in their homes as long as possible, and we help them to do this by providing the additional support they need. Our team at Greenfield Court Community Care can provide a broad range of services to support our clients in their own homes such as washing, dressing and personal care.
Residential Care
Heath Lodge is our wonderful residential home, with 28 bedrooms plus a specialist dementia unit for up to six residents. Residents and relatives often compliment us on the homely environment and family feel at Heath Lodge.
Meals on Wheels
Our Meals on Wheels service was established in 2012 following the closure of the council-run service and we now deliver over 100 meals every day. While doing so, our volunteers provide much needed social contact.
Community Hub
Our Community Hub is a safe space to relax, meet up with friends, and get some help with issues you may be having.
Come in and speak to a member of staff or a volunteer who will be able to assist with your query, or come in with some friends and enjoy some reasonably priced refreshments!
