Last week marked Global Intergenerational Week.
At Harrogate Neighbours we value this important week as a way to connect the young generation with our residents.
On Friday 29th April we were fortunate enough to be visited by some pupils from Richard Taylor Primary School who were welcomed with open arms from our residents!
The children experienced a virtual journey on “The Jolly Journey” by Little Islands who provide Dementia friendly interactive equipment.
There was arts and crafts provided and even a little visit from Swifty the Snake!
A great day was had by all generations and we are heart-warmed by the feeling it has left our residents.
See below for all the lovely photographs captured on this very special day!
