For the past few weeks, anticipation had been building at work... The Staff awards were on the horizon.

The nomination process had begun months ago, with staff members being asked to nominate people in 12 different categories, each showcasing a different aspect of care and support. Then, the finalists were announced, and winners were chosen by panels of impartial judges from all over the Harrogate area. 
As the day approached, all anyone could think of was the awards night!

Who would win?
What would you wear?
How could you secure victory in the inevitable dance off? 

The evening came, and it was a spectacular event. Staff from both Starbeck and Boroughbridge came to celebrate the care and attention that we give to our residents, and celebrate we did! There was dancing, a raffle, a dance off(!), a buffet, a photo booth and so much more. The event organisers really did the business proud.
