What you’ll be doing:

As a Care Assistant (Nights), you will ensure that care, our services, and operational arrangements are maintained in line with all procedures, standards, requirements, and legislation. You will provide vital care and support at night, to ensure our residents are comfortable and feel safe. You will deliver person-centred, individualised care, evaluating the care needs as required by residents. You will be working between the hours of 7.00pm-7.00am. We also ask candidates to work every other weekend to fulfil the needs of our clients and residents.

What we need you to bring to our community:

You don’t need to have previous experience or qualifications in care, what is truly important is that you are passionate, compassionate, and motivated and want to make a real difference to people living within your community.

If you have these qualities, we can help you with the rest. We will provide comprehensive training and shadowing, working to nurture your skills to prepare you for this brilliant opportunity.
