Last week we celebrated Meals on Wheels Week by dressing up as Super Heroes! We were joined by regular deliverers at Slingsby’s of Harrogate who dressed up for the occasion and joined in the fun.

A few words from our CEO, Sue Cawthray:

“Our service is an essential lifeline for so many people, so it is important that we continue to raise the profile of the Harrogate & Ripon Food Angels, particularly during National Meals on Wheels Week so we can support those who would benefit so much from the service we provide.”

Our team of volunteers are responsible for delivering over 900 meals every week to individuals in the Harrogate & Ripon surrounding area. We are immensely proud of our team whether it is behind the scenes or on the front line delivering in all weather conditions!
