Heath Lodge - Ethos and Philosophy
We believe in creating a homely environment in which we are continually reassessing our standards of care and services, methods of delivery and evaluating effectiveness.
We aim to provide high standards of care to the resident, which is administered in an atmosphere of respect and dignity. We ensure that at all times we offer choice, personal, emotional and social support in an environment that meets their cultural and spiritual needs. Planning the care and services is agreed in partnership with residents and relatives.
The home maintains an ethos that encompasses all the residents spiritual and religious needs. The home holds regular services for residents and relatives. There is access to communal clergy if required.
