Greenfield Court - Philosophy
We will provide a service that respects privacy and dignity and maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality about any personal details.
We recognise that our tenants are individuals and that they are able to make choices on how they live their lives and what services they require.
We will ensure that the views of tenants are listened to and acted upon where appropriate.
We will maintain an ethos that encompasses all tenants’ spiritual and religious needs. There is access to regular services and communal clergy if required.
